The City maintains and operates several park facilities for citizens and visitors to enjoy. The parks are maintained by the Public Works Department and provide amenities such baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, trails and fishing lakes. Martin Creek Park is a 20-acre park designed for active recreational uses located on Sunflower Road. The park was created through a partnership between the Johnson County Park and Recreation District and the City of Edgerton. Park amenities include:

- two tennis courts
- volleyball court
- basketball court
- soccer field
- 1/2 mile walking trail
- horseshoe pits
- full playground
- shelter house
- concession stand
- restroom facilities
Edgerton Manor Park is a small neighborhood park located at the intersection of First and Martin Street. Park amenities include:

Glendell Acres Park is a small neighborhood park located off of W. Edgewood in the Glendell Acres Subdivision. Park amenities include:

- slide
Edgerton Lake Park is located on the west side of Edgerton City Lake off of East Sixth Street. The park is geared for a more passive usage, with activities that include fishing, canoeing and small boating (non-gasoline powered boats only). Park amenities include:
- three shelter houses
- restroom facility
- boat dock
- boat ramp
- walking trail
