Edgerton Municipal Court is held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm. Court is held in the Edgerton Community Building located at 404 E. Nelson Street. The City Prosecutor is Trey Pettlon, the Municipal Judge is Thomas Kelly Ryan and the Court Clerk is Janeice Rawles.

If you receive a citation from the Johnson County Sheriff's Deputy to appear in court in Edgerton, you should appear on the date written on the bottom of your ticket. If you do not wish to appear in court, you may send payment in the amount on the back of your ticket to the address also located on the back of the ticket. The City is also accepting online payments of court fines and fees. Please visit www.edgertonkstix.com to take advantage of this service.

The total amount, the fine and court costs need to be paid whether you come to court or not. There is a night deposit box on the front of the building where you may put a court payment after hours. Please make sure that it is addressed to municipal court.
