Agendas for regular City Council meetings and work sessions are typically available for download by 5:00 pm on the Monday prior to the meeting. The City Council convenes at 7:00 pm at City Hall located at 404 E. Nelson Street in Edgerton, Kansas unless otherwise noted at the top of each agenda. If citizens or visitors require accommodation in order to attend a meeting, please contact City Hall at (913) 893-6231 at least one day prior to the meeting so the City can make appropriate arrangements.

Visitors attending Council meetings are asked to sign in with their name and address even if they are not planning to address the Council. A sign-in sheet may be found upon entering the Council Chambers. 

Persons who wish to address the City Council may do so when called upon my the Mayor. Public comments are taken at the beginning of each meeting. Comments on personnel matters and matters pending before court or other outside tribunals are not permitted. Please notify the City Clerk before the meeting if you wish to speak. Speakers will be limited to three minutes. Any presentation is for informational purposes only. No action will be taken.
