Topeka – In accordance with Executive Order 10-12, Kansas Governor Sam Brownback ordered flags to be flown at half-staff on Sunday, September 11^th in observance of Patriot Day.

Patriot Day is an annual observance on September 11^th to remember those who were injured or died during the terrorist attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001.
