Nelson Street in downtown Edgerton, Kansas for the purpose of: 1) consideration of the Planning Commission’s recommendation to approve Rezoning Application No. RZ-2010-1 pertaining to the proposed rezoning of property generally located at approximately 1,450 feet south of US-56 on Waverly Road, otherwise known as Logistics Park-KC Tract 1, from the A-G, Agricultural Zoning District to B-P, Business Park Zoning District within the City of Edgerton, Kansas;Following the Special Meeting, the City Council will conduct a scheduled Work Session. Council members Clay Longanecker, Glyn Powers, and Ken Gillespie have provided a written request to conduct this Special Meeting of the Edgerton City Council.
